Spring on the beach! How about the Greek island of Naxos? Presenter André Gatzke travels for the first time for Wunderschön and experiences Greek Orthodox Easter on the Cycladic island, with all its customs and special features: the distinctive dances and the traditional cuisine of Lent. He goes on a hike to the summit of Mount Zeus and almost gets lost in the labyrinthine alleyways of Naxos town. On the neighbouring island of Pano Koufonisi, he immerses himself in a fascinating world of rock and water.

“HEPHAESTUS” A documentary by Apostolos Mantzouranis
A documentary filmed in 2021 by Apostolos Mantzouranis about the art of blacksmithing, featuring Antonios Georgios Pagidas (Antonis, son of Giorgos, 1941–2023) in his blacksmith shop.
The late Antonis brought to a close the chapter of the family’s blacksmithing legacy, which had spanned 200 years through the succession of generations (from father to son).
